This is the same content as earlier released as hl7.fhir.dk.kl.gateway.care#1.0.4 with cannonical http://gateway.kl.dk/1.0. However, canonical and package id have changed to accomodate new naming conventions. Additionally, this version inherit its terminologi from KLTerm rather than from KL's core models (FKI).
